        Elite Mechanical is a GREAT company.  Ken is always helpful and willing to help with any problem.
                We have had him look at our Air Conditioning unit as well as our Furnace.  Our furnace is very old and                         he has fixed it a few times to save us from freezing.  Ken also helped us get our Gas fireplace insert
             put in and running.  He came the night before it was expected to snow so we would have it in case our  power went out.  This is a great business and we plan on using him to replace that old

My furnace stopped working and I had to have work performed on it. I called the North West Natural Gas on Monday and was informed that I would have wait to have them come out. That I would have to call another company out to repair it.
They recommended a company. They came out and told me my blower was out and it would be $600.00+ to replace it. The person that came out to repair the furnace was hard to understand. I wear hearing aids & told him several times that for me he needed to talk slower & louder. He continued to talk fast and low. I did not feel that he knew what he was doing to repair my furnace, I chose not to use them and paid their service call.
I called around & found a blower for about $200.00. I put it in myself and the furnace still did not work.
My wife has a friend and her husband has a heating & cooling repair company    (Elite Mechanical LLC). I called them & Ken Nutting was out that night & informed me that I needed to have my ignition control board & hot surface igniter replaced. Ken had to order the ignition control board & told me he would be out the next afternoon to complete the repairs and he was.
Ken was very informative about what he was going to do. I felt like Ken had the knowledge and ability to repair my furnace.
I was able to hear & understand Ken when he explained the repairs he would be doing to my furnace.
I would whole heartedly recommend Elite Mechanical LLC to anyone that has a problem with their heating or cooling system.
